Jean Parker is an emerging Canadian painter inspired by the beauty, movement and energy of our world. She especially wants to capture the Interplay of atmosphere and light, water and rock, wind and wildflowers, and people and their environments. Jean brings to life the emotion of these moments by building layers and texture, playing with light and using bold colour and brushstrokes. She hopes you, the viewer, can connect to the energy, strength and beauty of our world when you step into her paintings.
Notes: Sunsets are Nature's Fireworks. You blink and it changes. I feel emotions of awe and surprise and I can't believe what colours come next. That is why i have captured glimpses of the colours of one sunset for the Emotion of Color Art Show.
