Summer Peer Groups

Mastrius Summer Peer Groups

Grow shoulder-to-shoulder with artists who push, challenge, and inspire you!

1) Pick a topic that resonates with you.

  • Each Peer Group is TOPIC BASED.  Choose one that aligns with your growth goals.
  • Each group has a dedicated Navigator to facilitate sessions, keep the conversation flowing, and ensure your experience is valuable.

2) Meet 2 times per month and benefit from:

  • Supportive peer relationships – max 8 artists per group.
  • Regular sessions: one main 2-hour session and one mid-month 1-hour session every month, to keep you on track and pushing forward!
  • Trusted, goals-focused, high value small groups. Experience the benefit of focused discussion and experience sharing that’s topic based, which will help you grow, open your perspective, and give you the encouragement you need to thrive.

3) Grow, develop, and hone your skills.

  • Peer accountability & encouragement is a game-changer. The art industry is a competitive one so it’s common to feel isolated. Journeying shoulder-to-shoulder with other artists will keep you on track, pushing forward, and reaching your goals, faster.
  • High-value peer-to-peer learning. Everyone brings their unique experience, perspective, and insight to the group. You will too! Be ready to receive and to give back.

Peer Groups can continue throughout the summer and beyond! You decide.

Why join a Peer Group?

We grow faster and go farther, when we work together.

You only have a 5-13% chance of success with self-paced learning, but 75-90% when learning in a small cohort of peers.

Get connected with artists who understand the journey, who can support you, encourage you, and cheer you on.

“Wonderful, uplifting chat!

My Navigator is always engaging and organized – makes for great conversation.” ~ Peer Group Artist
