This mentorship group is designed for artists who want to strengthen their watercolor skills while creating work with greater meaning, atmosphere, and authenticity. Drawing on more than three decades of experience as an artist and educator, William J. Palm emphasizes learning through demonstration, observation, and understanding the decisions behind the painting process. Together, we will explore watercolor materials, brushwork, water control, color mixing, layering, composition, and techniques for creating depth, light, and atmosphere.

Through guided demonstrations, practical exercises, constructive critiques, and group discussion, artists will gain practical tools they can apply directly to their own work. Beyond technique, we will explore how composition and visual storytelling can transform a painting from simply depicting a subject into expressing a personal perspective. How This Mentorship Works

• Live online small-group mentorship
• Monthly two-hour session with your mentor where you’ll receive feedback, teaching, and personal support from your mentor
