What you will learn in this mentorship

• My approach is mostly very practical. I try to help students reach their own goals, putting my experience at their disposal, whether in the art itself (technique, aesthetics) or the complex business of building a career and earning a living from art. But I also try to help students consider their goals and how to get the most out of themselves, and how their ideas and aims fit into the ‘big picture’ of the early 21st century artworld, contemporary society, our place in the universe.

How This Mentorship Works

• Live online small-group mentorship
• Monthly two-hour session with your mentor where you’ll receive feedback, teaching, and personal support from your mentor
• Mentor assigns homework so you can practice the skills you’re learning and get feedback on your results
• Meet mid-month with your group for informal connection
• Private group chat between sessions
• Join weekly live events with the Mastrius community
