What you will learn in this mentorship

• We will focus on painting design. The arrangement and understanding of shapes, colors, and tones in relationship to each other as well as other compositional devices, line, plane and the push pull of the elements. All painting uses these elements in different ways whether realistic, representational or abstract.
• We will also focus on how “style” is largely developed via paying attention to your painting habits and tools.

Mentorship Focus

1. Why changing your thinking changes your painting
2. Better understanding of color relationships
3. How shoulds and shouldent’s undermine creativity
4. How to work with your perceived deficits
5. Loose is not what you think
