MORE ABOUT THE ARTIST
ARTIST STATEMENT
Being an artist is the best of lives! To get up in the morning and create is a privilege indeed! From early childhood, art has been a passion for me. Painting is the way I choose to express myself. The process of creation is forever interesting and exciting: the first flash of an idea, the research of a subject, and the struggle of how to commit it to paper or canvas! Over a lifetime of making art, I have become proficient in many mediums and appreciate their special qualities.
Sharing my knowledge of painting is a joy to me. Seeing the variety of artistic expression keeps inspiring me to keep learning and help and encourage others to achieve their potential.
