Raffael Eloi

Software Engineer

Born in the small town of Xinguara, Pará, and now living in Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil, Raffael Eloi is a passionate software engineer whose career has been shaped by a natural curiosity and a love for problem-solving. Fascinated early on by how things work—especially the blend of logic, design, and creativity in software—Raffael found in computer science a field that continually fuels his desire to learn and build.

Raffael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Software Architecture. Throughout his career, he has worked across diverse architectural styles—including monoliths, modular monoliths, and microservices—building robust and scalable systems grounded in clean architecture and modern software engineering principles.

At Mastrius, Raffael contributes to improving and stabilizing legacy systems while also designing and developing new platforms built on solid architectural foundations. He is actively involved in building a new microservices-based architecture and helping shape a cleaner, more scalable system to support the company’s long-term growth.

Outside of coding, Raffael is a devoted family man and a Christian who believes in Jesus as the way, the truth, and the life. He finds balance and joy in nature, often hiking, running, and practicing sports like Muay Thai and weight training. His life is a blend of discipline, purpose, and passion—whether he’s building software or enjoying the world around him.
