The messy ones. The frustrating ones. The ones that came through mistakes, awkward conversations, bad pricing decisions, shipping disasters, creative blocks, business confusion, and moments where we thought, “Well… I won’t do that again!”

Join Julie deBoer, for a community wide Mastrius meet-up where MENTORS and MEMBERS will share the lessons they’ve learned the hard way, so the rest of us don’t have to!

The topic will be wide open.

From technique, marketing, mindset, pricing, shipping, galleries, collaborations, the art industry, business decisions, or anything else that has stretched us, humbled us, or taught us something worth passing on.

You can come and be a fly on the wall or come share a lesson of your own.

Come ask questions or simply take in the stories, wisdom, and hard-won lessons from artists who are walking this road too.

We’ll talk about things like:

• What we wish someone had told us sooner
• Mistakes that taught us something that changed our trajectory
• Hard won lessons from studio, sales, business, and life as an artist
• The challenges that helped us grow, even if they were uncomfortable

No one has it all figured out so let’s learn together, laugh a little, share openly, and help each other avoid a few bumps in the journey.
