Raised in the foothills of Alberta, Dusti brings both analytical precision and creative insight to her work. Before joining Mastrius, she spent more than twenty years in the corporate sector as a technical writer, specializing in translating complex systems and processes into clear, accessible documentation.

Alongside her role at Mastrius, she maintains an active studio practice as an artist, working primarily in encaustic and using her creativity to share the stories and experiences that have shaped her life.

With a background that bridges both analytical work and creative practice, Dusti brings a unique perspective to her role at Mastrius, supporting artists with both structure and creative understanding.
