What you will learn in this mentorship
- The focus of this group is around building a strong set of foundational skills for each participant, and because I am a representational painter, those skill sets include design, paint handling, color mixing, and drawing. I seek to find the learning edge of each member and work together as a group to hold sessions that tackle any sticking points head on. In this way, each artist will be able to progress their painting skill in order to fully realize their individual potential. My goal is to create a friendly, fun, yet very focused session to make the best use of our time in each and every class, relying heavily on both demos and critiques to accomplish this. I want to empower you to discover your own voice and reach your full potential as a painter. I rely heavily on feedback and input from my students to guide me as a teacher. I look forward to the privilege of working with you!

How This Mentorship Works
- Live online small-group mentorship
- Monthly two-hour session with your mentor where you’ll receive feedback, teaching, and personal support from your mentor
- Mentor assigns homework so you can practice the skills you’re learning and get feedback on your results
- Meet mid-month with your group for informal connection
