How soon will I get my critique?
Recorded critiques are completed within one week after artwork is received.
Can I request a specific mentor?
Yes, you’ll have the option to choose from a list of Master Artists available for critiques.
What type of artwork can I submit?
Any type of 2D artwork, including paintings, drawings, or digital art.
Terms & Conditions
- Artwork image (one image only) provided by artist is to be high quality, showing the entire work, free of glare, and without significant color or geometric distortions.
- Only one piece of work may be submitted for critique.
- In most cases, Mastrius mentor will complete their critique within one week after artist submits an image. Should Mentor’s personal schedule or volume of critiques submitted make this unachievable, customer will be notified of the revised schedule before Mentor starts their critique. If revised schedule is not acceptable to customer, customer will be refunded their purchase.
- Once the mentor has begun their critique, there are no refunds.
- The completed critique will be provided via a video recording. The recording will be 15-30 minutes long. The recording will be made available to the artist via YouTube (private YouTube link).
