Previously, Ryan was CTO of Docvue (acquired by PakEnergy) a founding member of the management team at Cortex Business Solutions serving in multiple roles, including Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Investor Relations, Vice President of Business Development & Corporate Strategy, and, most recent, Senior Vice President of US Operations & Business Development. Prior to Cortex, he served as an Investment Executive of a major Canadian financial institution gaining skills in corporate finance, M&A and Investor relations. Ryan is an active start up investor and advisor to management teams currently serving as Chairman of the Board at Virtual Gurus.
